Many years ago I told myself to go for everything I wanted to do and relentlessly do so because life was/is really just too short. My greatest fear is living a life less than what I am capable of, getting to the end whenever that will be I want to know that I have lived my fullest life…or at least tried. For me this means travelling, seeing new places, experiencing new cultures as well as challenging myself (and hopefully stopping/reducing disease outbreaks).
Over the last couple years I have been lucky to start travelling and exploring more mostly for work (India, Sierra Leone, Paris, Dubai, Liberia, Guinea, Geneva) as well as a few places travelling (Bali, Thailand, Kuala Lumpur, Venice) or visiting family (Zimbabwe, Estonia).
Before most of these trips I wanted to start a blog of sort but never did (I even made profiles but just didn’t click go, I was a little scared, but I have decided to feel the fear and do it anyway).
I have decided to use this space to document the moments I am doing something that excites me, makes me feel alive, to remind me to keep doing more of what I love (and maybe inspire you to do the same..)
Let’s do this …
“Document the moments you feel most in love with yourself – what you’re wearing, who you’re around, what you’re doing. Recreate and repeat.” – Warsan Shire
